Hi, my name is Mark. I’ve been model making (cars, boats and railways) for 45 years and have been building model boats for the last 35 years and counting. Turning my hobby into a business has been a rollercoaster ride, but with the full support and help from my long-suffering wife, the seeds of the business were sown. So, Marks Model Bits was born - Well it did seem like a good idea at the time!

From small beginnings, MMB has expanded to include a wide variety of resin cast model boat fittings, laser cut parts, GRP hulls and model railway accessories.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal and reliable service and we aim to keep all items advertised in stock, or returning them to stock as quickly as possible.
